Deb has been buying and selling real estate since 1986.
While the company Practical Housing Solutions, LLC has not
been in use for that length of time, Deb has worked with
many financially troubled homeowners offering them workable
solutions to their financial problems. This has allowed them
to start their financial life over.
Deb has
worked with houses that had conventional loans, FHA and HUD
backed loans, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and been successful
with them all. There is a little different criteria needed
by the lender to make each one of these work.
Deb knows
these criteria and while not successful on every short sale
for many reasons, Deb and her staff meet the expectations of the lenders
and get many of the deals closed
